This year 04th November to 9th November 2019 was celebrated as Anti Ragging Week with great vigor by all students and staff of the Faculty of Dental Sciences.
This year 04th November to 9th November 2019 was celebrated as Anti Ragging Week with great vigor by all students and staff of the Faculty of Dental Sciences. The day started with a rally conducted by the students holding placards and creating awareness on this menace of ragging through slogans within the campus premises. The rally was followed by face painting and e- poster competitions among the junior and senior students and best paintings and posters were awarded. A skit was prepared by the students following which a flash mob was organized to gather a larger audience of students to raise awareness on ill effects of ragging and its consequences which was carried out in front of the Ramaiah Teaching Hospital during the lunch break. The celebrations ended with fun-filled activities based interactive sessions between juniors and seniors. Overall, all the programmes organized were a success promoting cordial and friendly interactions between students of all the years.
